I am sorry to hear that you were concerned.

Are you asking about taking your dog into a store, or a restaurant or to work etc.?

Debra, Expert

You do not have to prove that your dog was trained. Jog but it's actually about you.

It is you that are entitled to the accommodations because your doctor says you are requiring them and that means that any time a store or restaurant or employer or landlord can make you the accommodations and will not they would be in breach of the human rights code.

Providing them with a doctor's report that says you need an emotional support animal is all that you need.

Does that clarify the law and fully answer your question?

Customer
Thank you very much.
