The will states that everything is being divided by all 5 children. The question I have is there any allowance for looking after dad for 11 years

No there was nothing in the will. I was checking to see if there was any allowance

Unfortunately, the will will govern here.
You don't have any grounds for making a claim to the estate because your father never offered to pay you and in the will he didn't seem to recognize that you might have been entitled to a larger share out of basic fairness.
I feel so badly I have to give you this answer.

Hi Debra. I have another question. My sister sent me a text a couple of weeks ago that she was sending me ,my brothers and son that also live at the house a letter having to be out of the house by October which I have not yet received. and also the bills have to be split 4 ways. My son who is 20 was going to college but had to stop. He only works two 6 hour shifts a week because of the covid. He did not go back to college yet because of the covid. He is waiting till it calms down. He still has to pay off his student loan. That means that I have to pay half of all the bills. My
One brother's 2 grandchildren stayed at the house over a month. Each one staying for 2 weeks also using all the utilities. I feel bills should be split 3 ways then. He can cover his grandchildren and I cover my son. I should not have to pay for extra utilities for them. There should be no one else living there. My sister said that it doesn't matter. They don't use much. They stay up late thru the night playing videos and games. How is that fair. I have found an apartment but wont be able to move in till November 7 because they have to paint and clean due to covid. Can she force me out even though the house is not sold yet she needs to clean.
