I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.

Do you share a bathroom or kitchen with her?

What type of bad behaviour do you mean?

Customer
She is renting in a single room in the basement
Customer
That is written in the agreement
Customer
she is acting like she own the whole basement
Customer
There's another person renting in the other room so it is supposed to be shared kitchen and bathroom, and the laundry is for the whole household
Customer
She don't follow the rules on cleaning her own mess, she leave her kitchen stuff on top of the stove
Customer
the other renter can't use the stove

This is grounds for eviction because she is not allowing the other tenant to have peaceful enjoyment of their home and it is your duty to protect this other tenant's rights.

Your best next step is to call the landlord tenant board on Tuesday. Here is a link to the contact information you will need:

Does that help?

Please feel free to post back with any follow-up questions you may have. If you don't have any then I hope I have earned a 5 star rating but if you don't feel that I have please don't hesitate to reply back and let me know what more I can do to assist you. Finally, please know that even after you rate me I will be here for you and you can ask follow-up questions if you think of them later on at no further charge of course.
