No it's not.

Let me explain. Each province has their own system but each one is different and it depends on your skills etc

So for NB this is what you should read:

https://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating/content/HowToImmigrate/NBProvincialNomineeProgram.html

Then there is the federal program.

You may be able to apply as a skilled worker.

If you can get a job offer your chances of success will be greater but a job offer is not mandatory.

Here is a link to the information you should read about the skilled worker application:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry.html?utm_source=slash-expressentry_entreeexpress&utm_medium=short-url-en&utm_campaign=express-entry

And here is an online assessment tool that you can use to help determine what your chances of success are:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/come-canada-tool-immigration-express-entry.html

You should not trust any company but you need an actual immigration lawyer (not consultant) to assist you if you don't want to apply on your own.

You can always know if the lawyer is legitimate because you can check on line with their province's law society on their legal directory.

Does that help as a starting point?

Please feel free to post back with any follow-up questions you may have. If you don't have any then I hope I have earned a 5 star rating but if you don't feel that I have please don't hesitate to reply back and let me know what more I can do to assist you. Finally, please know that even after you rate me I will be here for you and you can ask follow-up questions if you think of them later on at no further charge of course.
