The first steps may be to approach the dealership and demand compensation and/or a full refund. If they refund your money and take back the car, then the issue is pretty much resolved so there would be no need to sue. If, however, they refuse, you would have a very strong case for a lawsuit for Fraud, Misrepresentation, Breach of Contract, and other such causes of action.

You can advise him that under the Motor Vehicles Dealership Act, Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel the contract. Specifically:
When you buy a vehicle, a dealer must give you the most accurate information available about a vehicle’s history and key features. If certain information is missing you have 90-days to cancel the contract. If any of the information below is not accurate, you can cancel within 90 days:
