A landlord cannot ask tenants to move out because of the sale of the rental property. The owner has to inform prospective buyers that there are tenants whom they have to assume if they buy the property . After the purchaser buys the property and if they decide to take the property back for their own use, then the purchaser gives notice to the tenants.

Hope this answers your question.

I had not rated you as I was not done talking. I have no idea why my phone did that I as I did not touch anything I was waiting on a response from you.
