Customer: My sister and I filed a lawsuit against the woman who married our father at 89 years old and he died 7 months later . Through litigation in Montana and through a settlement agreement, she was to give us $100.000. She lives in Canada and has thumbed her nose at us. Can we put a lien on her condo and make her pay?

It sounds like you would first have to get a Judgment against her in Montana (rather than just the settlement agreement), ie you would need to return before the courts, seeking a Judgment on account of her breaching the settlement terms. You would then need to get that Judgment transferred to Canada, and then seek to enforce the Judgment in Canada by eg registering a lien against her property in Canada.
