I am sorry to hear of your difficulties tuition.
What is your specific legal question please?
Debra, Expert
Why would the property manager to that to you ?
Did you tell this to your landlord?
Debra, Expert
What did the landlord say and do?
Debra, Expert
What was determined at the hearing?
Debra, Expert
But what happened at the hearing.
If you had a hearing I don't know why you need legal information?

Is the former property manager coming anywhere near you now?
Debra, Expert
But if he is the former property manager how is he still in the property?
Debra, Expert
Well a 13-year-old son cannot be a landlord. The minor cannot be a landlord. A minor can I hold shares in a company. There can be a trust holding the shares and the trust would be the landlord. This is pretty well nonsensical.
You should take them back to the landlord tenant board and seek an order that the landlord protect your right to peaceful enjoyment of your home and that the landlord put a door back in the backyard entrance. The order can specify that the landlord needs to take all steps possible to keep the former property manager from harassing you.
You are not going to be able to get a restraining order against a person who says they own the property and are just putting notices on your door. This is not a criminal matter but it is a landlord-tenant matter in this case.
Does that help?

That's why you need to have another hearing.

But he is a liar.
You have to deal with the landlord and you need to get another order.
Debra, Expert
It says that this other person is not the landlord and was the former agent for the landlord only.
It said neither of you owe the other any money now.
The landlord must give you a washer and dryer before the end of May and if they don't then you can apply for another order for $50 a month for each month that the landlord has not provided the washer and drier.

You don't pay property tax as a tenant.
Yes you need the door.
Yes the owner has to stop this person from trying to get the rent.
So put in another claim at once.
