Customer: the eviction itself wasn’t proper. At the tribunal, my partner wasn’t allowed to testify, or bring up his mental health issues. We then obtained a paralegal who assured us we wouldn’t have to leave our home. He didn’t follow through with any of his promises. Subsequently, we had a no trespassing order against us. Then my accident. Where both myself and my partner were injured. I had an emergency splenectomy, a pin I my hip, broken pelvis two spots, cuts in my liver, kidney and bladder, collapsed lungs, crushed ribs, two holes in my aorta, dislocated shoulder, separated neck, two skull fractures and a severe brain injury. Dr didn’t think I would make it through the night. Partner suffered broken ribs, ankle, fractured vertebrae, broken nose, teeth broken out, and a brain aneurism. To say the least, we weren’t able to pursue any actions towards the mobile home park. The deed was in the house.

When is the last time you heard from the mobile home park?

As you have not heard from them since they sold the home you should be sending them a letter demanding full documentation of all of the costs involved so that you can see if you are owed money.
They are not entitled to keep any monies beyond what they were owed.
If they don't agree then your best next step would be to retain a lawyer to send them a letter threatening a lawsuit. If they still don't comply you would then sue them. The limitation period for suing is two years so you are not too late.
