Customer: Due to COVID 19 my employer decided to go from bi-weekly pay to weekly. I do the payroll. I processed the payroll in a way that I thought was correct. (I should have clarified , but I didn't) The taxes were not being calculated correctly which was brought to our attention by an employee. My supervisor never explained that there was a different way to process this, nor did she or my Manager check any of the payroll after I had done this.

Customer: I am salary and classified as management our employees are hourly I work 40 hours a week . I took a call yesterday morning from a lady who wanted to submit her resume for my job position. I was really confused and told her we weren't hiring and she told me that my job was posted on indeed
