Does she have the right? As basically she pays mortgage but he put down payment and p

So if she owns it, and he has been living there and paying expenses, he is considered a tenant under the law. She is considered his landlord.

To remove him, she must follow the rules for an eviction.

What he is entitled to in terms of repayment depends upon the terms of the agreement between them, if any.
