Customer: My boyfriend needs a lawyer. He broke up with his ex a year ago almsot, she will not allow him to leave her home with their daughter. He has been going there 2-4 times a week, babysitting, hanging out with his 2 year old. She is vindictive and is making up lies, texting me saying they have been intimate and he celebrated her birthday, taking sneaky photos of him trying to break us up, saying very disturbing things. So he said he wants to start taking her to our home and she flipped said never. He served her with papers for visitation rights and she will not allow him to take his daughter ever. He cannotgo there, she was taking pictures of White Jeeps and sending them to people around town saying I ma stalking her, I was in Goderich at my cottage at the time and my Jeep didnt even have a soft top on it for two years. He is a mess and misses his baby. Every time he goes there now she starts on him about court and how he will never get her. Uses drugs as the reason. He is not a bad person and he works hard. I have raised 3 kids and I went to ECE in college. She says he is unfit and needs supervision. Well he does not, but I am here. I own my home and hve had the same job for 7 years. I work from home so daycare is a non issue. He is also off for the winters and will be doing side jobs on our street so he can be around for her as well. We need a lawyer to help us. This lady is crazy and needs to be assessed, she has threesomes while her 2 year old is there. She lies about her esthetician certificate - never went to school, and she is on mothers allowance and has not filed taxes in years. She lies about everything and he is deflated. Court date is December 14th.

Visitation and custody applications are always about what is in the best interest of the child. How far does the father live from the mother?

Customer
We live 5 minutes away same town
Customer
We have a bedroom set up for her and I have a vehicle, her mother does not. Her mother is stating she is protecting her child from him. It’s just simply lies. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. He cries all the time missing her and is worried he will never get to have a relationship with her now based on the lies she is saying in her response.

It is not up to the mother, the court will decide what is in the best interest of the child. it is very difficult to deprive any sort of visitation from the biological father. She will have to swear an affidavit to her evidence and prove her claims, which if she is lying, she will have a very difficult time proving it.

Customer
His baby misses him terribly. She hid him in a tent the other day in her room with all the stuffies he's ever bought her. She's 2.5. She knows. Turned off her light and locked him in her room and hid him So he wouldn't leave. Yet the mother is saying she's scared of him. She's a liar and a con. She stole my cell
Phone and asked my son if I was "effing" her man after she barged in to my backyard. After she kicked him out in the rain and threw his clothes in the storm. Like it's all so trashy and sad for that little girl.

I understand, but nothing can really be done until the court makes a decision as there is no custody arrangement in place. Luckly the court hearing is not too far away. Have you considered hiring a lawyer to assist you?
