I am not really understanding what the issue is. Why is the mother denying you the right to talk to your grandson and why are you saying you don't blame her?

Customer
She says she never stopped me but moving 3 hours away is stopping me
Customer
I've just texting her now .she says I can see him .how .and I would like set days on paper because next new man might be in Calgary.

Legal Ease, Expert

You're right and the next new man might be in Calgary but this is his mother and she can go where she wants unless there is a father that is stopping her. So it's not going to be up to you.

I suggest for now, speaking frankly, you try to keep the peace with her. See the child as much as you can and when you are there take note of things that concern you.

It would not be great if you had to go to court because you would get very short and not very frequent visits but you would likely get visits.

Do you see what I mean?

Customer
Thank you if any problem arises from visiting him I'm not afraid to speak out.the other grandparents didn't care because they hardly see him because of his autism. He can be a hand full but that's why she always brought him to me for long stretches. They didn't know how to deal with him .guess I'll see down the road .
Customer
Thank you

Me to but with what's been going on with here lies and misleading everyone. Her mother texted me in all this and said I have some nerve asking for money to watch my grandson. Her daughter has been telling her I've been getting paid lol the day shelby pick up my grandson and told me she was moving to Toronto. Me and my grandson had just returned I rented a car and a suite in gananoque for 3 days to have a trip before school started.lol and she didn't know I've had issac for 10 days then shelby talked the other grand mom to take him for a week lol so 10 days a week back to back .lol so this why I'm upset with her .sorry for this rant. But someone has to stand up to her .I'm that person .
