Customer: My younger brother had informed me he'd taken care of me in his will prior to his death from Cancer. He told me that his wife wouldn't get any of his funds that he had prior to their marriage..After his death his wife informs me that she couldn't believe my bro Allan left all to her. Customer: wasn't happy with the will & she'd try to give me my share. It's like yanking my chain & no sign of anything yet. It'll be 2 years since the loss of my brother. We were raised on a farm our Father started. I feel I'm more a part of the farm than Carol. I'm asking is it worth it to fight this as she tells me it'll cost too much for taxed when taking money out of the investment.
