So please do explain the basic facts and then I will answer back in the morning.

Customer
My spouse has abused me and my family members including my mom dad from the last more than 3 years. She has thrown stuff at me, yelled at me and my mother, yelled in front of my then 3 months old daughter, she violently snatched my daughter out of sleep. stalked me, threatened me with suicide if I seek full custody of my daughter, thrown my gifted items on me including my birthday gift (Samsung note)
I remained in the relationship just because with the hope that she will be fine (calm, peace) one day. But she became violent and violent. I have her videos and audios of threatening me, throwing stuff at me, yelling in front of my child, abusing my mom. I have several witnesses who have seen her violent and abusing behavior not only with family members but with friends as well.
Her behaviour is very abnormal that harms others mentally and physically, I helped her psychiatrist and counsellors, but her behaviour remains the same. All the above could be ignored if at least she would have been an ok mom, unfortunately, she (my spouse) is cruel bad mother, she is a big liar and a child neglecter.
She has failed to provide my daughter medicine on time, she failed to identify the situation to seek medical help for my daughter at least 4 times, missed her specialist doctor’s appointment and lied to me for that. She has starved my child and gave her bad dirty environment and hygiene; she has given my 3-year-old daughter a small basket full of open medicines to play with despite my several warnings my wife never stopped. She gave my innocent daughter chemicals(cosmetics) to play with for all of which I have all the evidence and witnesses.
She threatened me with abandoning me and my child and then later she threatened me if she did not get my daughters full custody, she will commit suicide (for which I have video evidence). Her behaviours are very abnormal and constantly manipulating.
Currently I am living separately from the last 6 days, out of 6 days for one day I got my daughter at my new place for a night. Both of us verbally agreed on 3-day joint custody until we reach agreement. But I do not want to give a single second of custody of my innocent daughter to this moral less woman.
Also, to let you know my brother, her fiance, my mother, my father, uncle, aunt, sister all is ready to take responsibility for my daughter’s brought up and care alongside me.
My question is-
Looking at my story what do you think will be my chances of getting full custody of my child?
How should I make up case and what would be the legal stages, and time to get full custody?
Most importantly how can my daughter remain in my full custody during the trial?
We live in Saskatoon,SK,Canada
My daughter is 2 yrs 7 months
Myself 34 yrs
My spouse 34yrs
We were common-law partners.

I am sorry to hear of this terrible situation.

Have you spoken to a family lawyer yet?

It is extremely difficult to get sole custody especially of a small child but what you are telling me is that your daughter is not really safe with her emotionally imbalanced mother and that the mother is not able to parent acceptably.

If you can show that in Court you very well may be able to get sole custody with the mother having limited access that perhaps is even supervised.

But you will need to retain an experienced family lawyer as this is going to be a big fight with life altering consequences.

To find a lawyer I suggest that you check on a site called lexpert. This is a legal directory of leading lawyers and law firms throughout Canada and is well-respected by the legal community.

Here's the link to their website:

Does that help?

Finally, please know that even after you rate me I will be here for you and you can ask follow-up questions if you think of them later on at no further charge of course.
