JA: What's the reason for the relocation? How much advance notice has been given?
Customer: We had to move as are landlords sold and the kid grandma the dads mom moved here and we wanted the kids to stay close we and now renting 2 own from the kids grandparents
JA: Has there been any mediation on this issue?
Customer: No try to get him to go to mediation in 2017 but he refused

Since 2012 to 2017 my kid dad lives in be with his mom and step dad. My kids dad would pick up the kids on Saturday and take them to his place where he mom and sep dad would look after the kids feed them and evey thing the grandpa took them to church ever Sunday then the kids dad would bring them home @2ish even sunday 2017 my kids father moved in suddenly with i new girl friend there was issue with him making proper arrangements to see the kids he refused to going to mediation and make any kind of legal arrangements so he didn't see the kids again. grandparents sill took the kids ever 3 week though. 2018 February i try again he has some odd visits but never work out will again hie woud not make arrangements properly. Nov 2018 the kids grandparents moved to new Brunswick July 2019 we moved to so me kids could still have the family together

The lawyer that called my kids grandma told her the court said he can serve me v. Facebook but i can't see and document the world of bine sent on my Facebook he also asked if he could serve her on mu behalf she said no.

I have gotten through to the BC court registry which they have confirmed there is a court date for January 17 but they will not give me the documents unless I mail them signed letter with my proof of identification, and they'll mail me the documents which I cannot get probably in time for the court date i have apply for legal aid but they cant help with out the documents and will unlikely fund me counsel in time

Call him on Monday and ask for an adjournment. Make it clear you have never received any documents.

Ask for the documents and time to retain a lawyer. Say you have to apply for legal aid.

I would keep trying and document all the tries. It is deliberate.

Call the court and ask how you can seek an adjournment from another province.

I got the court papers finally and in the papers he was asking for 100% of my son and 50/50 of my daughter and for us to move back immediatelyAnd his lawyer said this
Lillian,Court today was adjourned to February 6, 2019 at 9:30 AM. My assistant will send you the formal documentation of this on Monday. In the meantime, I have instructions from Sven Thieme to make you the following settlement proposal which is set out in draft form below: Lillian can stay in New Brunswick with the children Phoenix and Loki during the school year and the parties will enter into a legal agreement regarding this that will state that Lillian is legally in New Brunswick with the children.The children will spend the summer for a period of 2 months in BC each year.The children will visit S in British Columbia for Christmas each year.S will pay for the travel costs for the children in lieu of child support. Please advise whether you agree with this proposal
