Okay thank you. I'm still able to view the by-laws but I'm pretty certain after 25 years they need to be modified and/or modernized. I see that you are trying to recertify as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small-Business. I took a look at those requirements for the VA and learned it is being transferred to the SBA (Small Business Admin). At this time you are not able to recertify with the VA and the SBA is granting an extension to businesses not already in their system by 1/1/23. Review the FAQ at this link below for more information on this process:
