Customer: We own a cleaning company in indiana and are looking to open a new branch in Florida. We have started the process of registering the business in the state but we have a lot of questions that we don’t know answers to. Do we need to open new accounts for everything that is running through the Florida branch or would we keep them as one? Emails, bank accounts, marketing accounts, website? What is the smartest way to starting a new branch
JA: Has anything been officially filed? If so, what?
Customer: only the registering of the business in florida
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: That is all

You are looking for separation or simplicity with this new state operation?

Customer
Simplicity would be nice, but we'd prefer to do it the most efficient and smart way. One concern we had by keeping it all together would be if one would go down it would cause issues for the other branch?

Your answer is ready and you can read it below! After you review it please let me know if the answer is clear and if you have any follow up questions for me. I will be happy to answer them!

I see no reason to complicate things.  I would continue to use the same accounts and systems in place.  No need to do anything else beyond registration.  Update your accountant on the expansion.
