The supplier of gas, water and electricity has been overcharging my account for the current property I live in. I moved into this unit on the 18th of December 2020 but my first bill is back-dated to August 2020, with which I am being charged for a total of 256 days. I have made complaints multiple times. The company responded with a proposal to move forward the move-in date for the account by a few months. This still did not fix the billing issue. They advised that there was a faulty meter for the Fair Air system which has since been replaced, however they still have not properly back-dated each bill I receiveThey continue to send further bills with the balance carried forward, still overcharging the account.
