Customer: Unsure if this is the right site to ask this question, I am currently employed with Woolworths as a Store Manager. I am wanting some clarity around my rights as I have been asked to attend a meeting for "comflict of interest" due to a realtionship with a store team member.

Customer: Yes to HR but no to a lawyer as I could not get an appointment today, would this be the ideal path?
JA: Are you an "at will" employee? Do you belong to a union?
Customer: No to a union as I am a salaried employee

Customer: The team member and I dated but called it off due to working in the some store and other reasons. I am now in another role and able to pursue this relationship. I am wanting to know do they have to provide the questions that are going to be asked in writing prior? I don't think they do but just want to be sure.
