Customer: victoria - she had a Super fund and has found her money (about $5000) has been Rolled over to a new fund. Then a second fund was started with same fund as first one. The newfound cannot help or find her or her rollover money. We have had long conversations with all including the workplace. I’ll stop there while you absorb this info.

Customer: She has worked with agent going to employer but only has a doc to fill out to roll back money.
