Customer: I contacted Harvey norman where it was purchased. They gave me panosonic phone number but made non of the arrangements for repairs

Customer: I have been in contact with panosonic since 4/12/20 asking for repairs and to make a claim for loss of food. A tech came to look at it, agreed the fridge is fulty and ordered a part. But to date it has still mpt been repaired and panosonic is refusing to answer any of my emails regarding repairs and a claim for loss of food

Ok, i will try going through the retailer Harvey norman, although i have been dealing directly with panosonic an made multiple phone calls and emails requesting repairs and claim for compensation but they will not reply.
