Good Afternoon

I will assume that the landlord agreed to you installing this air conditioning even though you are not a tenant.

I do not know the terms and conditions of anything you signed with the landlord but I can only assume that the landlord would've expected you to remove the air conditioning when you vacated the premises.

You will need to negotiate with the landlord and see if you can reach an agreement.

If you cannot reach an agreement then you will have to take the matter to QCAT and get them to decide
