Hi, I’m John Melis, solicitor, and I am in Australia. I want to thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. Your question means a lot to me. If I were in your position, I would feel just as you do. If I understand you correctly I suggest the following:

You can apply for a Partner Visa. This application is with the Home Affairs Website.

There are two streams 820 and 801, and you only submit one application.

You will need to create an "immi" account, which is free.

When you complete the application form online, you must not oversupply detail. Only provide the exact information required.

If you need an immigration agent, you can contact MARA.

The online process is straightforward and reasonable to use.

I thank you kindly for reaching out today.

I appreciate your assistance with a rating of five stars, as this helps me support the community.

If there is anything else, big or small, that I can help you with today, please let me know?

If you're an Australian citizen, you do not need a Visa to travel to New Zealand.

There is no problem. She can travel from New Zealand to Australia on her New Zealand passport as there is a treaty between Australia and New Zealand that people from New Zealand can enter Australia on an automatic Visa.

Customer
it's not possible for me to get to new zealand?

You can travel to New Zealand but you need to comply with the COVID-19 procedures.Firstly, you need to apply for an exemption to leave Australia. Then you need to comply with the quarantine procedures of New Zealand. You do not need a special Visa for this process.
Customer
ok. thanks... i have cut the below info from the nz immigration website. this is what concerns me
Partner reunion
From 5 October, Australian citizens or permanent residents and people from visa-waiver countries can apply for a request to travel to New Zealand if they can prove they are a partner of a New Zealand citizen or resident.

Thank you for the post. The fact of the matter is you need to prove that there is an established relationship. Where you can demonstrate this particular aspect then you will comply with that procedural requirement.
Customer
