We are in the process of having a service agreement with a bottle shop which has a packaged license. All transactions will be processed through our online platform (by Stripe) and we will pay the merchant excluding our service fee on a weekly basis. All deliveries will be done by an external delivery provider. Would it be legitimate? What legal implications should we consider apart from the RSA requirements (intoxication / age etc)?
