i want to find out if i can apply for a blue card the judge told me there would be no record on my name and i assume that means i should be fine but id like to know for certain if i can i also have the issue of i stupidly ( in my youth ) destroyed all the paper work the court house gave me would it be worth while trying to retrieve that paper work again from the court house
