Customer: Court appearance 30 June next month,the charges are of the NSW police & not my family the incident was a domestic dispute that was already settled & resolved with my current parents a minor incident, however the NSW police made a incursion on my family premises and made the matter worse by arresting me,detaining and the court prosecutor tryed to blame me for serious offenses that was not committed or intended, they charge me with resisting arrest and violence both charges I strenuously denie
JA: Have you talked to a New South Wales lawyer about this yet?
Customer: Yep,I have spoken with a legal aid firm Called ICLC located kings cross, they took my details and statement a few days ago,they are going to call me on the 16th of next month for a phone interview,h
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yep,I would like to press charges against the arresting officers, their was numerous young officers very excessive, they did not give me a chance to explain or give facts of the incident I also had received numerous injury that was brutal,basically, I researched and found out it maybe A unlawful arrest,false imprisonment, malicious prosecution attempt,I've got a bail out order and magistrate wants me report to police three times a week very excessive,they have also banned me going back to my parents premises were the incident occurred even thou my parents can except me on our property

Hi John, basically trying to get these charges or orders nullified through legal means because I believe that they are unjustified & suspicious enforcement attempts I don't want to go to the extent of conspiratorial however I do believe that as a civil citizen I must defense my innocents when being vunrable of corruption within certain enforcement agents gave been found to trying to implicate me in criminally orders, so there fore I'll defend myself & inform appropriate professionals just in case that is all I okay for further disclosures in future, I'll try my best to take care of these issues in my regional place of residentcy!

Apparently the court order that I've received is on the thirtieth if this month, iam receiving legal aid representative on the sixteenth on phone with a legal profession called inner city legal center located kings cross Sydney Australia, I would be requesting for the NSW police to stop the charges & orders dismissed,I could attend court however seeking out of court settlement because of lack of confidents when obviously the description of events were minor & unnecessary for any sort of charge,order,or summons,the dispute was resolved before the enforcement police impositioned on my issue they made it worse with allegations & charge orders

how about giving issues a short time to settle I'll make contact before the sixteenth until then I'll try to get these charges orders nullified it is very difficult for me to have a wrong criminal charges orders when basic facts of the incident is obviously minor & unnecessary!
