Fact, after some checking, the air conditioning repairs people had sent the quote out on the 3 days prior to the property manager passing it on to the owner for approval.

last correspondence to agent:
Hi Sarah,I do have regrets to my part of ill-correspondence - for this I am sorry, served neither of us any justice. But frankly I am not sorry for being so upset about your candour of being completely detached to my position.
The justification of reason as to why it was considered an emergency was because the documented temperatures were above 36 degrees-C and by living under a tin roof with a west facing glass wall the upper-level of the dwelling was well over 40 degrees-C which is unsuitable for living conditions (of a human that is).
For future reference, I did contact the RTA and they explain all my rights and they were verified by a practising legal counsel.Furthermore, that disgusting email you refer to above... that was my reality of those days during the past heat wave, and yet you had the tenacity to mention timelines of attending to this matter...
Rationale; if you thought my email was disgusting, what makes my impatience anymore tolerable or favourable to those living conditions? My advice has been to open an opportunity to discuss this without moving into any legal proceedings; should you want to discuss this any further, you have my details, I would accept nothing short of a call or conversation in person.Regards
Josh
