It has been noted that ive left my frelationship due to emotional and financial abuse. He has been asking when he can see her. Thanks.

Customer: Not as of yet, i was thinking of starting a mediation but unsure as to how to go about that. Can i get him to sign a written letter stating that hes to only have her for a certain period of time, is that the same? Or can he still take her?

Customer: New South Wales, ive recently just finalised Family Law Court with my first daughter with my previous ex

Customer: Im happy for his mother to have her every second weekend and leave it upto him wether he spends time with our daughter while his mother has her or not, can i do that?
